| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断价值。方法对42例临床诊断为缺氧缺血性脑病的新生儿行MRI检查，并对其MRI表现进行分析。结果所有患儿均有不同程度的脑损害。MRI表现：轻度HIE15例（35．7％），中度HIE19例（45.2％），重度HIE8例（19.5％）。其中，蛛网膜下腔出血17例，脑实质内出血4例，脑室出血2例。结论MRI对新生儿HIE的诊断尤其对早期诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of hypoxia-ischemia encephalopathy(HIE).Methods MRI was performed in 42 neonates with hypoxia-ischemia encephalopathy.All findings were analyzed.Results All patients had different brain damage.MRI findings were divided into three state:slight stage(15 cases,35.7%),moderate stage(19 cases,45.2%),severe stage(8 cases,19.5%).
