| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肌电图对肉毒中毒病人痊愈评估的应用价值。方法:对12例肉毒中毒病人治疗前后的肌电图、运动神经传导速度各项数据进行对比研究。结果:肌电图各项数据大多数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:主要原因是抗毒素对麻痹后的肌肉不能起到拮抗肉毒素的作用,肌无力还需待神经轴索长出新的神经纤维与肌肉发生联系后,肌肉的功能才能慢慢地得到恢复。故肌电图对判断肉毒中毒病人的痊愈是有一定价值的。

| Abstract: | Objectives;Probe into the applied value of EMG in evaluation of recovery of patients with botulism.Methods:Making a contrast study on all data of EMG and MNCV of 12 patients with botulism before and after treatment.Results;No remarkable difference was found in the majority of EMG dsta (P>0.05).Condusions:The main cause may be that the antitoxin failed to exert antagonism on the postparalytic muscle.The function of muscles could by and by recovered only when new nerve fiber grows from the axon and its connection with the muscles was established,and then,myasthenia was cured.Therefore,MEG was of certain value in the judgement of recovery of patients with botulism. |
