螺旋CT对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断应用价值

目的]探讨螺旋CT对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值.方法]回顾性分析17例主动脉夹层动脉瘤螺旋CT检查的影像资料.结果]平扫示主动脉管径增粗,腔内见低密度分隔影或内膜钙化高密度内移影,壁呈蛋壳样及斑片状钙化.增强扫描示主动脉呈真假双腔影和剥离的内膜片呈低密度分隔线影,以及受累主动脉其分支和范围.结论]螺旋CT是诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的有效方法,对临床及时诊断和治疗具有重要的应用价值.

APPLICATION VALUE OF HELICAL CT IN DIAGNOSIS OF AORTIC DISSECTION

Objective] To investigate the value of helical CT in diagnosing aortic dissection. Methods] 17 cases of aortic dissection with CT manifestation were analyzed and summarized respectively. Results] Plain scan demonstrated the aor- ta caliber increased thickly, low density separation in tube cavity and the displaced presence of internal calcification towards the aortic lumen. The blood pipe wall assumed the egg shell type or the laminated shape calcification. Enhanced scan demonstrated true or false lumen and low density separation of internal membrane, and branch and scope of exhausted aorta. Conclusion] Helical CT is the effective method in diagnosis of aortic dissection. It has the important application value for the clinical prompt diagnosis and the treatment.
