摘    要:OXA-23酶是第一个从鲍氏不动杆菌中分离出来的D类碳青霉烯酶,blaOXA-23基因位于质粒或者染色体上.本文主要对鲍氏不动杆菌中OXA-23酶介导的对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药机制进行综述,并对编码OXA-23酶基因的结构、遗传背景及流行状况进行总结.

Abstract:OXA-23 is a carbapenemase of class D that was first isolated from a clinical isolate of Acinetobacter bauamnnii. The gene encoding OXA-23 is located in chromosome or plasmid. In this review, the mechanism of carbapenem-resistance induced by OXA-23 in Acinetobacter baumannii was described. In addition, structure, genetic background and prevalence of the gene encoding OXA-23 were also discussed.
