摘    要:目的:研究MDR1基因表达与白血病化疗疗效的关系。方法:应用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术对32例临床标本和10例正常人进行了MDR1基因表达检测,并结合患者对化疗药物的敏感性及化疗效果进行比较分析。结果:在白血病患者中MDR1基因表达量越高,。耐药性越强,疗效越差,且复发患者MDR1基因表达明显高于初发患者,结论:MDR1介导的耐药是白血病多药耐药的主要机制,与白血病化疗药物的敏感性有较好的相关性,对指导白血病化疗效果评价具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between MDR1 gene expression and the effect of chemotherapy in acute leukemia.Methods:The MDR1 gene of 32 clinical samples and 10 normal samples was detected with RT-RCR.The relationship between MDR1 gene expression and sensitivty of patients to chemotherapy medicines was evaluated.Results:The stronger the resistance was the worse the effects would be and the higher of MDR1 in relapsed patients.Conclusion:The resistance induced by MDR1 is the main mechanism of multidrug resistance in acute leukemia.MDR1 is promising in derecting chemotherapy and evaluating the effect of chemotherapy.
