| 摘 要： | 目的：制备盐酸达克罗宁凝胶。方法：用CMC-Na作基质，制备盐酸达克罗宁凝胶，并建立质控方法。结果：处方设计合理，制备工艺可行，平均回收率为100．4％。RSD=O．8％。结论：该凝胶剂质量稳定可靠，可满足临床使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To prepare dyclonine hydrichloride gel. Method: CMC Na was used as the gel stroma. the quality control method of dyclonine hydrochloride gel was established. Result: The average recovery is 100.4% and RSD is 0.8% ( n =5). Conclusion: The design of the gel's formulation is reasonable; the gel is stable and can be used for the clinic. |
