| 摘 要： | 目的:通过有效的护理对策使重症监护室(ICU)气管插管患者非计划性拔管减少。方法:对2005年2月至2007年2月ICU气管插管患者采取预见性的护理措施,严密监护高危人群,选择稳固的固定方法,采取适当的约束和有效的镇静,规范护理操作等。结果:ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管的发生率2003年1月至2005年1月为12·11%,2005年2月至2007年2月为2·27%(P<0·05)。结论:采取预见性的护理措施对气管插管患者非计划性拔管有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To reduce the unplanned excubation in ICU through the effective nursing coutermeasure.Methods:To use the anticipative nursing countermeasure,to supervise the patients with high probability,to chose the stable fixing methods,to use the proper constraint and effective anesthesia,to standardl nursing,for the patients in ICU with trachea tub from Feb.2005 to Feb.2007.Results:The rate of unplanned excubation was 12.11% from Jan.2003 to Jan.2005,and The rate of unplanned excubation was 2.27% from Feb.2005 to Feb.2007(P<0.05).Conclusion:To use the anticipative nursing countermeasure for the patients with trachea could reduce the probability of unplanned excubation. |
