医疗护理缺陷成因的人文因素调查分析

目的探讨引起医疗护理缺陷成因的人文因素体系及其防范策略。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对湖南省某三级甲等医院2003年至2007年发生的192例医疗护理缺陷案例进行调查,并对形成医疗护理缺陷的人文背景进行分类整理及归纳分析。结果 192例医疗护理缺陷中,属于人文因素占85.94%,其中医德医风所占的比例最高,占48.44%,其次为执行决策、沟通协调能力及法律观念等;而属于技术因素仅占7.81%。结论人文素质的缺失是造成医疗护理缺陷的最主要因素,提高医护人员的人文素质是减少医疗缺陷发生的关键。

Survey on human factors of medical care defects

Objective To explore the human factors that caused medical care defects and develop countermeasures. Method A total of 192 cases of medical care defects which happened from 2003 to 2007 in a 3 A - level hospital in Hunan Province were investigated by a self - designed questionnaire. The human factors that eaused the medical care defects were classified and analyzed. Results In 192 eases,85.94% were caused by human factors,which ranked as factors related to medical ethics （48.44%） , implementation of decision- making, communication and coordination capacity,legal awareness, and so on. The technical factors only accounted for 7.81%. Conclusion The lack of humanitic quality is the main factor that causes medical care defects. So improving humanistic qualities of medical staff is crucial to reduce the incidence of medical care defects.
