绝育术后直视下输卵管复通术185例临床分析

目的：探讨输卵管结扎后直视下行输卵管吻合术的临床效果。方法：选用185例输卵管结扎术后、夫妇身体健康、符合计划生育政策、年龄为23～42岁、无手术禁忌证的患者;妇科检查子宫及附件无肿瘤、无明显炎症粘连;月经周期规律、卵巢功能良好者。开腹直视下行结扎术后输卵管吻合术。结果：随访3年,3年内受孕178例,复孕率为96.3%。结论：输卵管结扎后直视下输卵管吻合术具有手术成本低、时间短、成功率高的优点。

Clinical analysis of 185 cases under direct vision after sterilization of salpingostomy

Objective：To investigate the effect of under direct vision after sterilization of salpingostomy.Methods：185 cases of tubal ligation,couples with good healthy,accorded with family planning,23 to 42 years old and non-surgical patients with contraindications;gynecological examination the uterus and accessories no tumor,no obvious inflammatory adhesion;menstrual cycle law,ovarian function as well,abdominal direct vision down tubal ligation anastomosis.Results：Repregnancy rate was 96.3%.Conclusion：The advantages of tubal anastomosis under direct vision after tubal ligation is low cost,short time and high rate of success.
