髋臼骨折58例治疗结果分析

目的：探讨髋臼骨折诊疗方式及远期疗效。方法：非手术治疗22例，手术治疗36例。结果：非手术治疗优良率83．6％，手术治疗优良率85．2％。并发创伤性关节炎10例，股骨头坏死5例，异位骨化3例，感染1例。结论：正确判定骨折类型，复杂髋臼骨折早期手术治疗，选择正确的手术入路，对骨折进行解剖复位，并采用有效内固定是提高手术疗效的关键。手术与非手术的指征选择准确，两组的疗效无明显差异。

To analyze treatment result of 58 cases acetabulum fracture

Objective:To discuss the choice of the way to diagnose and treat the acetabulum fracture,and the future curative effect.Methods:Twenty-two cases were carried conservative treatment and thirty-three cases were operated on.Results:The excellent retes of the conservative treatment was 83.6%,The excellent rates of the surgery treatment was 85.2%.There were 10 examples had complication of traum aticarthritis,chemic necrosis of femoral head 5 cases,heterotopic ossificatinin 3 cases,infection 1 cases.Conclusion:With accurate judgement of fracture type and operation approach,minimalintra operative invasion,good reduction and fixation,the internal fixation can demonstrate an excellent effectiveness intreating the complex acetabular fracture.As long as indications for operative and nonoperative management were adopted very well,the curative effect of the both treatment were not distinct difference.
