| 摘 要： | 目的了解近年梗阻性胆汁淤积的病因发病情况。方法对我院2003年-2010年收治的梗阻性胆汁淤积病例进行病因回顾性分析。结果914例患者，男513例，年龄5-90岁，平均年龄65．5岁，女401例，年龄5-97岁，平均年龄69．2岁。由普通外科诊治668例，占总病例数73．09％。各种病因中以胆总管结石造成的肝外梗阻最多见，占良性胆道梗阻病例数的79．21％，占总病例数的63．79％；其次为肿瘤造成的恶性胆道梗阻，占总病例数的19．47％；胆道寄生虫感染共93例，占总病例数的10．18％。结论梗阻性胆汁淤积最常见病因为结石和肿瘤，胆道寄生虫感染不容忽视。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the causes of obstructive cholestasis in recent years. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to find the causes of obstructive cholestasis in our hospital from 2003 to 2010.
