食管渗疗术反置治疗贲门失弛症的临床研究

目的：寻求一种治疗贲门失弛症既不经手术治疗又能达到手术疗效的方法。方法：将食和渗疗术反置应用获得了预期的效果，它利用半透膜囊内的高渗透压，产生一个对失 弛贲门的缓慢增加，持续存在，柔和多向，。随意调节并可反复使用的液性压力，从而治愈贲门失弛症，结果：治疗贲门失弛症27例，除1例经2个疗程外，其余均经1个疗程治愈，随访17例，未见复发，结论：此种方法治疗贲门失弛症，方法简单，安全有效，病人边治疗边恢复，治疗结束即恢复正常的生活与工作，但机制有待进一步探讨，方法尚须进一步完善。

TREATMENT FOR CARDIA ACHALASIA THROUGH REVERSE USEOF THE ESOPHAGEAL DIFFUSION-CHEMOTHERAPY TECHNIQUE

Objective:To find a method which could obtain an operative effect without operation to treat cardia achalasia.Methods:The reverse application of Esophageal Diffusion Chemotherapy Technique has got a desired result.For contractile structure of cardia,this method uses the high osmotic pressure in semipermeable membrane to produce a hydrostatic pressure,which is slowly increasing,lasting,soft,and multiway,and which can be arbitrarily adjusted and repeatedly used.Thus,it can cure the cardia achalasia.Results:The 27 cases of cardia achalasia,except one that had used two coursed of treatment were cured through one course of treatment and no recurrence was detected in the 17 follow up visits.Conclusion:The existing clinical materials display that is a safe,reliable,and simple method to treat cardia achalasia.But the method need further study and improvement.
