| 摘 要： | 目的：了解与北京地区执业医师资格考试相关性较高的教学科目，为医疗教育改革方向提供理论依据。同时也为医师资格考试的发展和完善提供参考。方法：以2003年至2005年首都医科大学临床医学毕业生共378人为研究对象，研究其毕业前的综合考试成绩和毕业后国家执业医师资格考试成绩的相关性。结果：国家医师资格考试的成绩与在校相关科目考试成绩均不同程度地呈正相关。结论：医学生在校学习的内、外科成绩是影响国家执业医师资格考试成绩的主要因素。
