| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妇产科HIV感染/AIDS患者围手术期的处理方法。方法对57例妇产科HIV感染/AIDS手术患者,术前应用高效逆转录病毒疗法(HAART),根据CD4+T淋巴细胞水平确定手术方式,术中规范手术程序、精细操作减少手术损伤,术后常规应用抗生素预防机会性感染等,并将手术前后白细胞、血红蛋白和CD4+T淋巴细胞变化进行比较,对围术期处理方法及疗效进行总结分析。结果经过一系列围手术期处理,全部病例伤口一期愈合,无伤口感染和其他新发机会性感染,手术前后白细胞和CD4+T淋巴细胞相比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论适宜的围手术期处理可使妇产科HIV感染/AIDS患者的手术取得满意的疗效。
