| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改进腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的方法及可行性。方法自1997年1月~2010年10月,临床应用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手部组织缺损108例,采用分段结扎皮瓣行早期断蒂及提前分指、辅助皮瓣封闭供瓣区、薄皮瓣及全厚皮片应用等新方法。结果单纯结扎蒂部68例,平均断蒂时间10 d,断蒂及并指分离同时进行者40例,平均时间提前至术后16 d,断蒂及分指后皮瓣无一例坏死;供瓣区一期愈合率达96.8%。结论采用本方法可以使皮瓣断蒂及分指提前同时进行,供受区外观功能恢复良好,方法简便易行,安全可靠。
