支气管哮喘患者外周血巨噬细胞移动抑制因子的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 观察巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)在支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者外周血中的表达水平及其意义.方法 应用酶联免疫吸附试验法和荧光定量PCR技术,测定56例哮喘患者(哮喘组)和34名健康对照者(正常对照组)外周血MIF的表达水平.根据临床症状和肺功能检查将哮喘患者分为发作期组和缓解期组,其中发作期组32例,缓解期组24例,并对结果进行统计学处理.结果 血浆MIF的浓度和外周血单个核细胞MIF mRNA的表达水平:哮喘组高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);哮喘发作期组高于缓解期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但缓解期组与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义.结论 MIF可能参与哮喘的病理过程并发挥重要作用,哮喘患者发作期组血MIF mRNA表达及血MIF水平显著增高,其变化可反映疾病的活动性.

Abstract:Objective The expression and significance of macrophage mig ration inhibitory factor (MIF)were observed in peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma(asthma).Methods MIF expression of 56 cases of patients with asthma (asthma group) and 34 healthy Controls (control group) in peripheral blood were determined by ELISA and fluorescence quantitative PCR technology.According to the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function tests will be divided into 2 groups of asthma,the attacK 32 examples,the remission 24 examples,and carry on statistics processing to the result.Resuns The production of MIF in plasma and mRNA expression of MIF in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were significantly higher in asthma group than in control group(P<0.05),and also higher in asthma exacerbation group tnan in stable asthma group(P<0.05),however,there were no significant difference between stable asthma group and control group.Conclusions MIF may play a critical role in the pathogenesis of asthma and its level correlates with the severity of the disease.
