| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物的多效性作用使其在心肌病的预防和治疗中可以发挥重要作用,其作用机制与抗炎症、抗氧自由基损害、改善血管内皮功能、抗心肌肥厚和心脏重构、抗神经激素激活等有关。目前临床研究结果表明他汀类药物对心肌病的预防和治疗有利。

| Abstract: | The pleiotropic effects of statins play an important role in the prevention and treatment of cardiomyopathy.The mechanisms may be related to anti-inflammation,anti-oxidant effect,improving endothelial function,anti-cardiac hypertrophy,anti-cardiac remodeling and anti-neurohormonal activation.A large amount of studies showed that statins might be beneficial in the prevention and treatment of cardiomyopathy. |
