| 摘 要： | 目的:考察Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂与大孔吸附树脂联用在香菇多糖提取中的纯化效果,确定理想的纯化工艺。方法:用Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂代替醇沉工艺,并与大孔吸附树脂联用;采用蒽酮-硫酸法对香菇多糖含量进行测定。结果:采用Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂与大孔吸附树脂联用能显著提高香菇多糖的得率。结论:Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂与大孔吸树脂联用既可提高产品内在质量,又能缩短生产周期、减少有机溶剂的使用、降低成本,值得推广。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the purification effect of ZTC1+ 1 Ⅱ natural clarifying agent combined with macroporous resin on the extraction of Lentinan and to determine the optimal purification process. METHODS: The ZTC1+ 1 Ⅱ natural clarifying agent was used to substitute alcohol precipitation technique and which was used concomitantly with macroporous resin in the purification of Lentinan. The content of Lentinan was determined by Anthrone-Sulphuric Acid method. RESULTS: ZTC1+ 1 Ⅱ natural clarifying agent and macroporous resin used in combination could significantly enhance the extraction yield of Lentinan.CONCLUSION: ZTC1+ 1 Ⅱ natural clarifying agent and macroporous resin used in combination can improve the internal quality of the product as well as shorten the production cycle, lessen the use of organic solvent and lower the cost, thus deserving to be popularized. |
