软脉消斑方治疗稳定型心绞痛30例疗效观察

目的：观察软脉消斑方治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组。对照组30例应用消心痛片治疗；治疗组30例应用软脉消斑方（组成：熟附子、泽泻、姜黄、虎杖、何首乌、生地黄、生山楂、黄芪）治疗。疗程均为4周，主要观察2组心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效。结果：心绞痛总有效率治疗组为93．3％，对照组为73．3％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；心电图总有效率治疗组为70．0％，对照组为73．3％，2组比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论：软脉消斑方对改善稳定型心绞痛症状具有较好的疗效。

Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris by Ruanmai Xiaoban Fang: A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Rjuanmai Xiaoban Fang(RXF) for stable angina pectoris(SAP). Methods: 60 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The con- trol (30 cases) was treated by Xiaoxinlong tablet, the treatment group (30 cases) by RXF. 4 weeks constituted the course of treat- ment. The curative effect for SAP and the effect of ECG were ob- served. Results: The total effective rate was 93. 3% in treatment group and 73. 3% in control group ( P < 0. 05) ; the total effective rate of ECG was 70. 0% and 73. 3% in treatment group and con- trol group respectively (P > 0. 05). Conclusion: RXF possesses a better curative effect for SAP.
