胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持治疗的临床研究

目的　研究胃癌术后患者早期给予肠内营养的安全性、可行性及临床作用。方法　随机选择12例患者通过鼻肠营养管在术后 2 4h给予肠内营养素“能全力” ,观察临床表现和监测营养支持 7d前后患者的血糖、电解质、血浆白蛋白、前蛋白、转铁蛋白、体重。结果　所有患者胃肠功能恢复较快 ,减慢输注速度或调节输注液温度没有出现严重的消化道症状如腹痛、恶心、呕吐和手术并发症。各项生化指标及体重与术前相比均无明显改变。结论　早期肠内营养支持是安全有效的 ,对促进胃肠道功能的恢复 ,保护胃肠道粘膜屏障 ,防止感染性并发症 ,改善机体营养状况具有良好作用

Clinical study on early enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the safety,feasibility and clinical effects of early enteral nutrition(EEN) in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods 12 patientes were selected at random,and given enteral nutrition(nutrison multifibre) support early in 24h after operation through cathe the jejunostic tube.The clinical findings,operative complications,blood glucose,plasma albumin,pre-albumin,transferin,electrolytes,and weight were observed.Results The recovery of the bowel movement was much earlier.Nausea,vomiting and abdominal pain did't occur by slowing the administration rate or regulating the temperature of nutrison multifibre.No complication was found.The patients' weight and parameters observed had not significantly changed on 7th day postoperatively compared with those of the preperative standard.Conclusion Using nutrison multifibre for early enteral nutrition through jejunostictube is safe and effective after gastric operation.It is beneficial to improve the patients' nutrition status.
