| 摘 要： | 目的分析新诊断2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱组分特征。方法选择60例新诊断T2DM患者（T2DM组）和55例健康对照者（对照组）,用高效气相色谱法测定并比较两组受检者的血清磷脂脂肪酸谱组分。结果新诊断T2DM组患者的饱和脂肪酸（SFA）总量较对照组显著升高〔（48.79±1.55）%与（42.58±1.96）%〕,单不饱和脂肪酸（MUFA）总量较对照组显著降低〔（10.72±1.53）%与（12.09±1.32）%〕,多不饱和脂肪酸（PUFA）亦较对照组显著降低〔（39.49±1.88）%与（45.33±1.96）%〕,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论新诊断T2DM患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与健康者不同,前者SFA总量高于健康者,而MUFA、PUFA总量低于健康者。 |
