养心通脉片对动脉粥样硬化白兔斑块面积、bFGF表达和新生血管数的影响

目的观察养心通脉片对动脉粥样硬化白兔斑块面积、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达和新生血管数的影响和机制。方法利用高脂饲料喂养白兔造模,模型组用双蒸水灌胃,养心通脉片组用养心通脉片药液灌胃,辛伐他汀片组用辛伐他汀片药液灌胃。1个月后,取白兔主动脉,常规染色观察斑块面积,免疫组化法观察bFGF表达和新生血管数。结果养心通脉片组、辛伐他汀片组与模型组主动脉斑块面积比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组斑块中均可见棕黄色bFGF表达,养心通脉片组和辛伐他汀片组表达较少,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组斑块中均可见>10μm的颗粒,养心通脉片组与辛伐他汀片组颗粒较少,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论养心通脉片在动脉粥样斑块形成后,通过影响斑块面积、bFGF表达和新生血管数来有效地逆转或消退动脉粥样硬化斑块。

The Effect of Yangxintongmai Tablet on the Area of Atherosclerosis Plaque, the Expression of bFGF and the New Vessels in Rabbits with Atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the effect and the mechanism of Yangxintongmai(YXTM) on the area of atherosclerosis (AS) plaque, the expression of bFGF and the numbers of new vessels in rabbits with atherosclerosis. WT5HZ] Methods Twenty-four rabbits were divided into model group, YXTM group and simvastatin group. Results The area of AS plaque were smaller in YXTM group and the simvastatin group than that in the model group(P<0.01).The yellow positive expressions smaller in YXTM group and simvastatin groupKG*4] thanKG*4] that in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion YXTM could reverse or subside the aorta plaque effectively after aorta plaque formation by effecting the area of AS plaque, the expression of bFGF and the numbers of new vessels.
