106例不育症患者精浆生化检测结果分析

摘    要:目的:探讨精浆果糖、柠檬酸含量及中性α-糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶活性与男性不育的关系。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2008年12月106例男性不育症患者(不育组)精浆生化检验结果,同时与40名正常男性(正常组)精浆生化检测结果对比分析。结果:不育组果糖含量明显低于正常组(P〈0.05),柠檬酸含量明显高于正常组(P〈0.05),中性α-糖苷酶及酸性磷酸酶明显低于正常组(P〈0.05)。结论:果糖、柠檬酸含量及中性α-糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶活性异常与男性不育有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between fructose, citric acid, α-manase, acid phosphatase and infertility. Methods: Making a retrospective analysis on 106 cases of infertility patients who accepted treatment in our hospital from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2008. Compare their results of the seminal plasma biochemical test with those of 40 healthy men. Results: The content of fructose, α-manase and acid phosphatase in the infertility group are lower than the healthy group while the content of citric acid in the infertility group are higher than the healthy group. Conclusion: There are close relationships between fructose, citric acid, α-manase, acid phosphatase and infertility.
