区域联网推广优质护理服务的研究

目的为本地区全面开展优质护理服务搭建平台,把本院优质护理服务经验成果及时与基层卫生院分享,让更多的医院借鉴成功经验,把优质护理服务延伸到社区,实现真正的护理服务达到＂患者满意,社会满意,政府满意＂的目标。方法以高要市人民医院作为中心,充分发挥其区域医疗龙头的核心作用,通过建立有效的信息沟通平台,建立双向转诊机制,建立中心医院对区域卫生院实行有计划、有步骤的护理业务指导、评价和护士培训机制,把中心医院的优势资源运用于卫生院护理队伍建设,以达到有效地提高区域内护理服务的整体素质。结果通过两年来的护理临床实践,中心医院护理人员的服务能力明显提高,医院优质护理服务内涵得到进一步提升,乡镇卫生院护理队伍素质有了质的变化,区域范围群众对护理服务满意度大增。结论建立科学、可行的区域网络,把优质护理服务成果及时在区域内分享,可有效推动区域范围内优质护理服务的全面开展。

Methods To Gaoyao City People＇s Hospital as the center, give full play to the role of the core of the regional medical leading, through the establishment of effective communication platform, to establish two-way referral mechanism, establish a planned, step by step nursing operational guidance, evaluation and nurse training mechanism of Regional Health Center Hospital, the hospital resources used in hospital nursing team construction, in order to effectively improve the overall quality of the nursing service area. Results Clinical practice of nursing through two years, nursing center hospital service ability was enhanced, the connotation of hospital quality of care to improve quality of nurses, township hospitals have a qualitative change, the regional range of masses of nursing service satisfaction increased. Conclusion The establishment of a regional network of scientific, feasible, the high quality nursing service achievements in the share in the region, can effectively promote the regional range of high quality nursing service to be comprehensive.
