盐酸氨溴索应用于小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效

目的探讨小儿支气管肺炎应用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗的疗效。方法将临床确诊的120例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为氨溴索治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,观察其疗效及安全性。结果治疗组治愈率（91.3%）明显优于对照组（69.5%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而不良反应发生率低。结论盐酸氨溴索应用于小儿支气管肺炎,对于改善患儿的咳嗽咳痰、发热、肺部啰音等临床症状体征方面疗效显著,可提高有效提高患儿的治愈率,缩短病程。

Clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in children with bronchial pneumonia

Objective To explore the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods The clinical diagnosis of 120 cases of bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into ambroxol group 60 cases, 60 cases in the control group, the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment with ambroxol hydrochloride injection, to observe its efficacy and safety. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride used in children with bronchial pneumonia, for cough, fever, pulmonary rales and other clinical symptoms and signs of improvement in the efficacy can be improved significantly, effectively improve the cure rate of patients, shorten the course of disease.
