| 摘 要： | 目的：测定小儿清降丸中的绿原酸和芍药苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为：DiamondC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相均为乙腈-0．4％磷酸水溶液（15：85）；流速均为1．0ml／min。检测波长：绿原酸327nm；芍药苷230nm。柱温：35℃。结果：绿原酸进样量在0．0396-0．5940μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．50％，RSD为0．68％（n=6）。芍药苷进样量在0．1646-2．4690μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．32％，RSD为0．72％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好，适用于小儿清降丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and paecniflorin in Xiaoerqingjiang pills.Methods:A diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phases were acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(15∶85).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength:Chlorogenic acid was 327 nm,paecniflorin was 230 nm.Results:The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 0.039 6～0.594 0 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 99.50%,RSD was 0.68%(n=6).The linear paecniflorin was 0.164 6～2.469 0 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 99.32%,RSD was 0.72%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple、accurate、well-repeated and can be used for quantitative control of Xiaoerqingjiang pills. |
