纳他霉素滴眼剂治疗兔眼真菌性角膜炎的药效研究

摘    要:目的:探讨国产纳他霉素滴眼剂对真菌性角膜炎的治疗作用,为其临床应用提供实验基础。方法:成年健康新西兰白兔30只,随机分为6组,真菌性角膜炎(FK)模型组、生理盐水组、纳他霉素滴眼剂赋形剂组、Natacyn组、纳他霉素组和正常对照组,每组10只兔眼。除正常对照组外其余各组角膜基质注射法建立真菌性角膜炎模型。各组动物于造模后第4、10、15和21天于裂隙灯下观察兔眼溃疡情况并评分,第10和21天观察兔眼治愈情况,并记录各组角膜发生新生血管、虹膜炎、前房积脓、斑翳等发生情况。结果:(1)第10、15和21天Natacyn组和纳他霉素组兔眼溃疡评分低于FK模型组(均P<0.001);纳他霉素组和Natacyn组差别无统计学意义。(2)Natacyn组和纳他霉素组较FK模型组兔眼治愈率升高(均P<0.001),而前2组治愈率差别无统计学意义。(3)纳他霉素和Natacyn组较FK模型组兔眼真菌性炎症并发症发生率低(均P<0.001),而前2组真菌性炎症合并症发生率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳他霉素滴眼剂可降低真菌性角膜炎兔眼溃疡评分、提高治愈率、有效预防并发症。
