某海上石油钻井平台作业工人职业紧张现状调查

目的探讨海上石油钻井平台作业工人职业紧张的现况。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取某海上石油钻井平台作业工人134名作为研究组,抽取该油田陆上石油工人167名作为对照组。应用职业紧张量表（OSI-R）测定职业紧张水平。结果任务不足及自然环境得分研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;心理紧张反应得分研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;个体总应对资源及休养得分研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论海上石油钻井平台作业工人的职业紧张任务主要体现在自然环境和任务不足;该人群心理紧张反应突出;应增强其自我休养。

Occupational Stress Among Oil Workers on Offshore Drilling Platforms

Objective To evaluate the occupational stress of oil workers on offshore drilling platforms. Methods The Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition（ OSI-R） was administered to analyze occupational stress. Results The scores of Physical Environment（ PE） and Role Insufficiency（ RI） in study group were both significantly higher than those in control group（ P 0. 05）; the scores of Psychological Strain（ PSY） in study group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P0. 01）; the scores of Personal Resources Questionnaire（ PRQ） and Recreation（ RE） in study group were both significantly lower than those in control group（ P0. 05）. Conclusion PE and RI are the key occupational stress factors among oil workers on offshore drilling platforms; the psychological strain of the workers is outstanding. Therefore,self-recuperation should be enhanced.
