四川省居民健康生活方式和行为素养分析

目的了解四川省居民健康生活方式和行为素养现状及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,入户问卷调查四川省城乡居民6 042人。结果四川省居民健康生活方式和行为素养具备率为10.70%,其中城市居民为16.70%,农村居民为4.80%;不同地区、民族、文化程度的居民,健康生活方式和行为素养具备率不同,经χ2检验,其差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;logistic回归分析显示,地区、民族、文化程度为影响居民健康生活方式与行为素养的主要因素。结论四川省居民健康生活方式和行为素养具备率较低,建议在全面干预的基础上,重点加强农村地区、少数民族地区居民以及文化程度较低者的针对性干预措施,提高四川省居民整体健康素养水平。

Literacy of Health Lifestyle and Behavior Among Residents in Sichuan

Objective To learn the current status and the influencing factors of the literacy of health lifestyle and behavior in Sichuan residents. Methods By multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method,a total of 6042 residents were investigated with the questionnaires. Results The prevalence of health lifestyle and behavior among the residents was 10. 70%,16. 70% in urban and 4. 80% in rural areas. Among different regions, ethnics,as well as educational levels,the literacy rates presented statistically differences with χ2 test（ P 0. 01）. Regression analysis showed that region,ethnic and educational level were the main factors influencing literacy of health life style and behavior. Conclusion The literacy of health lifestyle and behavior among residents in Sichuan was considerably low and should be improved by comprehensive intervention measures,with emphasize on rural and the minority populations
