摘    要:目的建立植物油中苯并(a)芘残留的高效液相色谱快速测定法。方法采用CleanertBaP固相萃取小柱对样品进行前处理,高效液相色谱荧光检测测定样品中苯并(a)芘。色谱条件:C18柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温:35℃,流动相:乙腈-水(82∶18),流速:1.0 ml/min,进样量:20μl,荧光检测器:发射波长406 nm,激发波长384 nm。保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果方法检出浓度为0.30μg/kg,线性范围2.625μg/L~21.0μg/L,相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率88.7%~94.6%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。结论方法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好,适于基层推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for rapidly determining benzopyrene in vegetable oil with High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC). Methods Samples were dealt with CleanertBaP SPE and detected with HPLC. The chromatography condition was C18 column( 250×4. 6mm,5 μm) at 35 ℃ with the mobile phase of acetonitrile: water( 82 ∶ 18),the flow of 1. 0 ml / min,excitation wavelength of 384 nm,emission wavelength of 406 nm and the injection volume of 20 μL. Results The detection limit was 0. 30 μg / kg. This method showed linear relationship( r0. 999) between 2. 625 μg / L-21. 0 μg / L. The samples' average rates of recovery were 88. 7%-94. 6%,with the RSD below 5%. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive, accurate and reproducible,thus suitable for expansion application at basic level.
