2001-2010年郫县甲乙类传染病流行趋势分析

摘    要:目的分析2001-2010年郫县甲乙类传染病流行趋势,为有效预防控制传染病提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对郫县2001-2010年甲乙类传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2001-2010年郫县无报告甲类传染病,乙类传染病共报告16种11 718例,年均发病率239.58/10万,2002年发病率最低为162.99/10万,2003-2005年逐年上升,2005年最高为352.45/10万,2006-2010年逐年下降;年均发病率居前5位的病种是乙肝、肺结核、痢疾、淋病、甲肝,血源及性传播传染病年均发病率为122.53/10万,居首位;呼吸道传染病年均发病率为62.26/10万,居第2位;肠道传染病年均发病率54.45/10万,居第3位;自然疫源及虫媒传染病年均发病率0.35/10万,居第4位。结论 2001-2010年郫县甲乙类传染病发病总体呈现先升后降趋势,以血源及性传播传染病为主。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of Class-A and Class-B infectious diseases form 2001 to 2010 in Pixian county,so as to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control measures on the diseases. Methods Data of Class-A and Class-B infectious disease during 2001-2010 in Pixian were statistically analyzed with described epidemiological method. Results There were no reported Class-A infectious diseases reported during the period in Pixian county,yet a total of 16 kinds of Class-B infectious diseases with a sum of 11718 cases were reported,with an average annual incidence rate of 239. 58 /105. The lowest incidence rate was 162. 99 /105in 2002 and the highest incidence rate,352. 45 /105in 2005. The incidence rate rose yearly from 2003 to 2005; while the incidence rate dropped yearly from 2006 to 2010. The five diseases with top average annual incidences were respectively hepatitis B,pulmonary tuberculosis,dysentery,gonorrhea and hepatitis B. The average annual incidence of blood and sexually transmitted disease was 122. 53 /105, ranking the first; respiratory disease was 62. 26 /105,ranking the second; intestinal infectious disease was 54. 45 /105,ranking the third; and natural foci infectious and insect-borne disease was 0. 35/105,ranking the fourth. Conclusion The overall incidence rates of Class- A and Class- B infectious diseases appeared a trend which increased firstly and decreased later during 2001-2010,and the blood and sexually transmitted diseases had taken the major portion in the diseases during the period.
