| 摘 要： | 目的验证HPLC-UV法测定环维黄杨星D对照品含量的可行性。方法以直接HPLC-UV法，同时选择苯甲酸苄酯作为内标，用NMR定量法对环维黄杨星D对照品进行含量测定，并对两种方法进行比较。结果二者测定的环维黄杨星D对照品的含量结果基本一致。结论HPLC-UV法测定环维黄杨星D对照品含量，与NMR定量法相比，显示方法更专属、准确、简单、经济。

| Abstract: | Objective To ascertain the feasibility of determination of cyclovirobuxinum D by HPLC/UV. Methods Cyclovirobuxinum D was determined on a Lichrospher- NH2 （250mm ×4.6mm,5μm） column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.4% dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution（70：30） and a flow rate of 1ml·min^-1 at 40℃ with the UV detection at 210nm. A comparison was made between HPLC - UV and NMR. Results The results of determination of Cyclovirobuxinum D were consistant by the two kinds of methods. Conclusion HPLC/UV is a rapid, simple and accurate method for determiantion the content of cyclovirobuxinum D. |
