| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨内镜逆行性胰胆管造影（ERCP）联合十二指肠乳头切开取石术（EST）治疗胆总管结石的护理体会。方法318例胆总管结石患者行ERCP和EST取石术。术前做好心理护理，术后加强病情的观察及并发症处理。结果318例手术成功306例；结石取净率为100％；并发症1例；平均住院日6d。结论术前做好充分准备和术后精心护理是ERCP／EST取石术取得成功以及预防术后并发症的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate nursing experience of ERCP/EST in treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis.Methods 318 patients with choledocholithiasis accepted ERCP/EST.Pre-operative psychological nursing were completed,and the posto-perative observation of condition and complication processing were strengthened.Results Among 318 cases of surgery 306 cases succeeded.The net rate of stone was 100%.There was case of complication.The average length of hospital stay was 6 days.Conclusion Full preparation before the ... |
