| Abstract: | Summary Hematopoietic progenitor cells were fractionated on continuous and discontinuous Percoll density gradients. It could be shown, that Percoll provides a suitable gradient medium for analytical as well as preparative density gradient procedures without major methodological problems. Advantages compared to albumin and Ficoll-Metrizoate are discussed. |
