摘    要:目的研究异丙嗪是否具有超前镇痛作用。方法将小鼠按分层随机区组设计分成3组:异丙嗪(5mg.kg-1)+哌替啶(20 mg.kg-1)组(P+D组)、哌替啶(40 mg.kg-1)组(D组)、生理盐水组(NS组),每组10只。以甲醛法分别观察各组小鼠注射甲醛后5 min内的舔足时间。结果 P+D组和D组小鼠舔足时间均显著低于NS组(P〈0.01),而两组间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论异丙嗪具有超前镇痛作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether promethazine has the effect of preemptive analgesia.Methods 30 mice were divided into three groups by stratified random block design(n=10,each): promethazine(5 mg·kg-1) + pethidine(20 mg·kg-1) group(P+D group),pethidine(40 mg·kg-1) group(D group) and normal saline group(NS group).In the formalin test,subcutaneous injection of formalin was administered in the sole of mouse paw and the duration of paw-licking within 5 min was observed in each mouse.Result The duration of paw-licking was shorter in P+D group or D group than in the NS group(P0.01),while there was no statistical difference between P+D group and D group(P0.05).Conclusion Promethazine has the effect of preemptive analgesia.
