高胆红素血症对新生儿肾脏功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察高胆红素血症对新生儿肾脏功能的影响。方法:观察组为36例患高胆红素血症的新生儿,对照组为28例正常新生儿,检测两组新生儿的血及尿β2-MG、血BUN、血Cr。经统计学处理后,分析高胆红素血症对新生儿肾脏功能的影响。结果:高胆红素血症患儿血、尿β2-MG较对照组增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);血BUN、血Cr两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:高胆红素血症对新生儿肾小球滤过功能及肾小管重吸收功能造成损伤,血、尿β2-MG是反映肾功能受损的敏感指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of hyperbilirubinemia on neonate's renal function.Method There were 36 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia in the experiment group and 28 normal newborns in the control group.We checked blood β2-MG,BUN,Cr and urinary β2-MG in all the neonates,and analyzed the influence of hyperbilirubinemia on neonate's renal function.Results The levels of blood β2-MG and urinary β2-MG of neonates in the experiment group are higher than that in the control group,and have significant difference(P<0.05),while blood BUN and Cr don't have significant distinction in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia can damage filtration of renal glomerulus and reabsorption of renal tubule.Blood β2-MG and urinary β2-MG are intensive factors to reflect damaged renal function.
