Abstract: | The cerebellum is known to have inhibitory effects on seizures. Nevertheless, cerebellar dysplastic lesions can be epileptogenic. We report a patient presenting with epilepsia partialis continua (EPC) following a hemorrhagic cerebellar lesion. Possible pathophysiological mechanisms are discussed. |
