| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肾丹对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠T淋巴细胞的调节作用。方法:采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺复制免疫低下模型,采用间接免疫荧光法检测T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:补肾丹能提高环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠CD4+、CD8+数量及CD4+/CD8+的比值。结论:补肾丹对补肾丹对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群有调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the function of Bushen(invigorating the kidney)pill on T lymphocyte of immune deficit mice induced by cyclophosphamide.Methods:Intraperitoneal injection of Cyclophosphamide to reproduce the model of immune deficit.Detect the T lymphocyte by indirect immumofluorescence method.Results:Bushen pill can raise the number of CD+4,CD+8 and the ratios of CD+4/CD+8.Conclusion:Bushen pill can accommodate the T Lymphocyte of immune deficit mice induced by cyclophosphamide. |
