动物实验评价自制多功能胸腔闭式引流系统的功能

摘    要:目的:应用动物实验检验自制多功能胸腔闭式引流系统的功能。方法:对比分析自行研制的新型多功能胸腔闭式引流装置与现有的胸腔闭式引流装置对实验犬(n=6)及对照犬(n=6)的多项指标的影响,如胸腔闭式引流术所用时间、两种装置的抗拉力、引流胸血及胸血回输情况和创伤前及回输后周围静脉血液血红蛋白含量的变化以及动物生存情况等。结果:胸腔闭式引流所用时间,实验组[(44.67±8.89)s]低于对照组[(451.67±63.56)s](P<0.000 1);抗拉力,实验组[(55.17±0.71)N]高于对照组[(35.48±0.57)N](P<0.05);血液回输,实验组回输胸血(325.00±88.03)mL,对照组回输等量生理盐水。液体回输后实验犬血红蛋白含量变化,实验组[(106.33±9.56)g•L-1]高于对照组[(63.83±7.19)g•L-1](P<0.001)。24 h内实验组动物全部存活,对照组动物死亡3只。结论:自行研制的新型多功能胸腔闭式引流装置较现有的胸腔闭式引流装置具有更加有效、方便及增加自体血液回输功能等特点,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the functioin of a new muti-functional device of thoracic cavity closed drainage system with animal experimental study. Methods Twelve dogs were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (n=6). They were treated with two kinds of thoracic cavity closed drainage system respectively after artificial hemopneumothorax. The time of thoracic cavity closed drainage, anti-tensile strength,and hemoglobin contents in peripheral venous blood before operation and after reinfusion were observed. Results The time of thoracic cavity closed drainage in experimental group was (44.67±8.89)s and that in control group was (451.67±63.56)s, there was significantly difference (P<0.000 1). The anti-tensile strength of two devices in two groups were (55.17±0.71)N and (35.48±0.57)N (P<0.05), respectively. The hemoglobin in experimental group was (106.33±9.56) g·L~ -1 averagely after autotransfusion and that in control group was (63.83±7.19)g·L~ -1 after transfusion with saline, there was significantly difference (P<0.001). All animals were survived in experimental group, whereas 3 animals were survived in control group in a period of 24 hours. Conclusion The new device is more availability and convenient than existing system. The new one has autotransfusion function specially.
