| 摘 要： | 基层医疗机构伤病员过度后送情况比较普遍。主要原因为基层卫生单位技术力量薄弱，经费不足，收治能力差，后送指征把关不严等。为此，要加强基层医疗机构人才培养，加强基层卫生管理及医院与基层挂钩帮带等措施。

| Abstract: | The excessive evacuation of the sub-unit hospital is very popular. The main reason is that the sub-unit hospital is poor in technique, short in fund, the poor medical ability, and the unclear symptom criteria for evacuation. So we should promote the training of personnel for the sub-unit hospitals, and enforce the management of the sub-unit hospital. |
