| 摘 要： | 目的探讨COPD患者、健康吸烟者及非吸烟者呼出气冷凝液（EBC）中8-异前列腺素（8-iso-PG）和IL-6水平的差异及临床意义。方法纳入17例缓解期COPD患者、14例健康吸烟者和16例健康非吸烟者作为研究对象,用自行设计的EBC收集仪器采集标本,以酶免疫法测定EBC中8-iso-PG和IL-6的浓度。结果缓解期COPD患者EBC中8-iso-PG及IL-6水平相对于健康非吸烟组显著升高（8.37±5.09）pg/mL比（5.23±3.08）pg/mL,P〈0.05;（4.62±1.73）pg/mL比（3.09±1.85）pg/mL,P〈0.01],与健康吸烟组比较差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）。健康吸烟者EBC中IL-6水平较健康非吸烟组显著升高（4.06±1.59）pg/mL比（3.09±1.85）pg/mL,P〈0.05）,8-iso-PG水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论缓解期COPD患者存在持续气道炎症及氧化应激,健康吸烟者气道炎症水平增强。
