摘    要:目的:研究注射用硫酸奈替米星最佳处方和工艺.方法:硫酸奈替米星分别加各种抗氧剂以相同工艺制备冻干粉,以分光光度法测分解产物吸收度,以微生物检定法测效价;通过测共熔点和绘制冻干曲线进行冻干工艺筛选.结果和结论:以亚硫酸钠为抗氧剂的处方在430 nm处的吸收度最小,效价最高;以速冻法制备成品效果较好.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the formulation and preparation of netilmicin sulfate for injection.Methods:The freeze-dried powders of netilmicin sulfate containing varieties of anti-oxidants were prepared by a uniform procedure.The optimal formulation was selected based on quantity of degradation product (determined by spectrophotometry),the titer (determined by microbiological assay),and the characteristics of freeze-dried plot showing co-melting points versus freeze-dried temperature.Result and Conclusion:The formulation containing sodium sulfite showed the minimal degradation products and maximal titer.The freeze-dried preparation may produce the better quality of netilmicin sulfate for injection.
