鼻内镜下经鼻蝶入路海绵窦解剖学研究

目的 通过鼻内镜下经鼻蝶入路海绵窦解剖学研究,为临床治疗海绵窦区病变提供解剖学基础.方法 在12例成人尸头上进行,在鼻内镜下经鼻蝶入路进入海绵窦,观察窦内重要血管、神经的走行,并从颅内切开海绵窦,测量神经血管在窦内的长度、外径及与鞍底中线间的距离.结果 在鼻内镜下可顺利进入海绵窦,清楚显露海绵窦内、外壁、颈内动脉、动眼神经、滑车神经、外展神经及眼神经,并对其进行全程游离.结论 鼻内镜下经鼻蝶入路进入海绵窦,操作简便,创伤小,可清楚暴露海绵窭内部结构,可用于临床上海绵窦病变的治疗.

Endoscopic endonasal cavernous sinus visa transsphenoidal aporoach: an anatomic study

[Objective] To explore the approach of endoscopic endonasal cavernous sinus visa transsphenoidal, and establish the anatomic basis for endoscopic endonasal treatment. [Methods] Twelve adult cadaveric heads were anatomical visa transsphenoidal by using endoscopy, and the internal carotid artery, anatomic cranial nerves parameters were measured, [Results] The cavernous sinus could be exposed clearly by using endoscopy. The internal carotid artery, oculomotor, trochlera, abducent and optic nerves could be separated completely, [Conclusion] The approach of exposing caremous sinus visa transsphenoidal by using endoscopic endonasal is simple, minimally invasire, and useful for clinic operation.
