摘    要:目的对植物内生菌HCCB00167发酵产物酯溶性部分的化合物进行分离和结构鉴定。方法采用乙酸乙酯萃取、硅胶柱色谱制备分离纯化;通过质谱和核磁共振等谱学数据进行化学结构鉴定。结果从HCCB00167菌株发酵液中分离并鉴定了3个化合物,分别为麦角甾醇(1)、过氧化麦角甾醇(2)和4-丁基-吡啶-2-羧酸(3)。结论其中4-丁基-吡啶-2-羧酸为首次从陆生真菌中得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from endophyte HCCB000167.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by using the solvent extraction,silica gel chromatography.The structures were identified on the basis of mass spectrum,1H-NMR 13C-NMRand planar NMR.Results Three compounds were isolated from HCCB000167 culture broth,which were identified as ergosterol(1),ergosterol peroxide(2),4-butyl-pyridine2-carboxylic acid(3).Conclusions Compound 3 is found from terraneous eumycete for the first time.
