眶内囊虫病的影像学诊断

摘    要:目的 总结眶内囊虫病的影像学表现,评价B超、CT和MRI对其诊断的优势与限度。方法 将6例眶内囊虫病者的B超、CT和MR影像学表现与手术病理结果进行对照分析。结果 眶内囊虫病在眶内形成肉芽肿。B超见肿块内有低回声液性暗区(囊泡)和点状强回声头节,并可见特异性虫体蠕动;CT可见点状高密度头节和低密度囊泡影,CT对头节的显示率较B超高;MRI对头节显示不清,仅可见囊光,但对眶内囊虫病累及范围和程度的显

Abstract:Objective To summarize imaging manifestations of intraorbital cysticercosis and assess the diagnostic advantage and limitation of sonography,CT and MRI Methods 6 cases with intraorbital cysticercosis proved by surgery were studied with sonography,CT and MRI Results Granulomas were formed in the orbit in all cases Characteristic imaging findings included: sonography revealed low reflective cystic area and dotted like high reflective scolex within the mass, and specific movement of larva; CT scan demonstrated dotted like high density scolex and low density cyst, which were much better visualized than sonography; MRI displayed the cyst well, but the scolex was not clearly shown MRI provided more useful information about extent and degree of lesion than CT and sonography Conclusion CT and sonography were superior to MRI in diagnosis of intraorbital cysticercosis MRI played an important role in differential diagnosis of the entity
