老年期酒精性震颤谵妄16例临床分析

目的了解老年期酒精性震颤谵妄的临床特点，以提高其诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析我院收治的16例老年酒精性震颤谵妄患者的临床资料。结果16例患者的平均住院时间12．6d，1例自动出院，1例死亡；酒精所致的震颤谵妄临床表现易与脑卒中等内科疾病混淆，应引起临床重视。结论临床医师需提高认识，问清病史加以鉴别，给予关注及对症处理，同时应加强戒酒知识及饮酒危害性的宣传教育，引导人们正确饮酒、适度饮酒。

Clinical Analysis of Deliritim Tremens Caused by Alcohol in Elderly in Comprehensive Hospital

Objective To know about the characteristics of deliritim tremens and improve the correct rate of diagnosis. Methods 16 cases with deliritim tremens caused by alcohol were analysed retrospectively. Results The average hospitalization was 12.6 days. 1 case left hospital, 1 case of death. Clinical features of deliritim tremens was similar to medical diseases such as stroke, so physicians should pay attention to it. Conclusion Physician should know about this disease totally, ask for the history and attach importance, treat according to symptoms. Meanwhile, doctors strengthens the propaganda and education of alcoholic harm, advocates abstinence and guides correct and appropriate drink.
