| 摘 要： | 报告1例僵硬皮肤综合征，患者女，20岁。出生时腰部、臀部及大腿上部等处皮肤潮红、质硬，目前颈项部、躯干部，双上臂．臀部及大腿处皮肤僵硬如石．腰部多毛。脊柱生理弯曲度增大．多处关节活动受限。皮损组织病理检查：表皮大致正常．真皮增厚．胶原纤维增粗；阿新蓝染色阳性。

| Abstract: | A 20-year-old female with sliff skin syndrome is reported. When she was born. the skin was found rubescent and hanler than normal on her waist, buttocks and upper legs, and now as hard as stone from neck to upper legs.She also had other typical clinical manifestations of stiff skin syndrome, such as limited joint mobility and mild hypertrichosis. Histologic examination showed that the dermis was thickened and the alcian blue staining was positive. |
