医学生艾森克个性特征测查分析

采用龚氏修订的艾森克个性问卷对我院预医，临医两系本科二年级１５７名学生进行了人格特征测查，Ｐ，Ｅ，Ｎ，Ｌ各量表得分与龚氏常模基本相符，但Ｅ分偏高，Ｌ分偏低，情绪稳定性比较，临医系学生较预医系学生更稳定。情绪稳定性与学业成绩关系显示，低Ｎ分组比高Ｎ分组成绩更好，提示稳定的个性特征有助于学业成绩的提高。

Analysis of Eysenck Personality Characteristic Examination of Medical-majored Students

ith Eysenck Personality Questionaire(EPO),a personality characteristic examinationhas been made among 157 second-year undergraduates from Baotou Medical College.Theresult shows that the score of each of the quantity forms marked P,E,N,L conforms,basical-ly,to Gong's Norm with the score of E Little higher and the score of L Little lower.It isfound,after comparing the sentiment stability among the students examined,that the senti-ment of clinical medicine students tends to be more stable than that of preventive medicinestudents.The relation between sentiment stability and academic achevments shows that stu-dents from the group N with lower score get better achievements than those from the groupNwith higher score.It is indicated that stable personality characteristics can help to improveacademic achievements of the students.
