目的为加强零售药店驻店药师的监管提供参考。方法通过对驻店药师挂岗情况的调查和分析,提出加强驻店药师监管的对策和建议。结果由于驻店药师的供需矛盾及企业为了减少费用等原因,造成驻店药师挂岗,直接影响了消费者的用药安全。结论必须确保药师的数量和质量,加大查处力度,强化企业自律,加强培训与考核,才能从根本上解决驻店药师挂岗问题。

Thought of Problems of Pharmacists Stayed in the Retail Pharmacies

Objective To provide a reference for strengthening the supervision of pharmacists stayed in the retail pharmacies. Methods By survey and analysis of the instance of pharmacists stayed in the retail pharmacies, propose the measures and suggestions to strengthen their regulatory. Results Because of contradiction between supply and demand, pharmacies reducing the cost and other factors, the absence of the pharmacist existed in some pharmacy which directly affects the safety of the drug consumption. Conclusions It must ensure that the quantity and quality of pharmacists, should intensify punishment to strengthen enterprise self--discipline, to enhance the training and assessment in order to fundamentally solve the problem of pharmacists stayed in the retail pharmacies.
