癫痫儿童的行为状况调查研究

目的探讨癫痫患儿的行为改变特点。方法使用儿童行为量表(CBCL),对48例6～11岁、病程超过6个月的癫痫患儿及50名健康儿童进行对比评估。结果患病组儿童在交往不良、抑郁、多动、攻击性、强迫性、分裂样、体诉、社交退缩、违纪等行为问题9个因子分数上均明显高于正常组儿童(P<0.05),而在活动能力、社交能力及学校情况3方面得分均显著低于正常对照组儿童(P均<0.01)。结论癫痫患儿行为存在多方面的异常,其社会适应能力明显降低。

The Study on Behavior Status of Epileptic Children

Objective To study the behavior characteristic of epilepsy-suffered children.Methods The Achen- bach(Child Behavior Checklist)were used to evaluate the behavior characteristic in epileptic children.48 children suffered epilepsy more more than half year were selected as experimental group,whose age were 6 to 11 years.The comtrol group(50 healthy children)was match for age,sex,education level with the experimental group.Results The scores of behavior problem in experimental group were all significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The scores of the ability in social adaptation in experimental group were all significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The ability of social adaptation in epilepsy-suffered children is worse,who are apt to appear behavioral disorder,so the psycho-behavior intervention is necessary.
